Cardinal Newman College are looking to appoint a single provider for the planned preventative maintenance of all mechanical and electrical plant and equipment at the College.The College is based in Preston, Lancashire. England and is a catholic 6th form college occupying a number of building within close proximity of each other. The age of the building ranges from modern to historic and the plant and equipment covered under this contract also covers a variety of ages.At present all areas are covered by individual maintenance contracts with a series of contractors. The College is looking to gain economies of scales from appointing a single supplier who will take on the management of all M&E areas, whilst keeping the College Estates Manager fully abreast of progress throughout the contract term.The contract term will initially be for 3 years with the option to extend for 2 further extension periods, not exceeding 24 months in total.
