Aneurin Bevan University Health Board are setting up a new cardiovascular disease risk assessment service within the Gwent area. We are seeking expressions of interest from suppliers who can offer a protocol driven risk assessment software that can be used by Healthcare Support Workers to assess and offer lifestyle information in order for clients to make informed choices on a healthy lifestyle.
