Framework agreement for the provision of care homes for adults with learning disabilities including autism.The scope of services to be provided is relative to the provision of social and other specific services as defined in Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 (‘the Regulations’) and in accordance with Regulations 74-76.This procurement is designed to admit new entrants/new services as set out in ‘19-18 New Entrants’, found in the attachment area of the ITT. At designated time throughout the duration, new entrants may apply to be included, following completion of the a qualification no more onerous than the original tender and existing providers may apply to include new services following an abbreviated evaluation process.
