NHS West Berkshire CCG ("the CCG") is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers who can deliver an appropriate package of care to an individual ("service user”) with a severe learning disability, autism and associated severe challenging behaviour. The contract will be for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend for further periods as per the tender documentation.
