Hampshire County Council Children's Services commissions care support for children and young people with disabilities and their families. The Service Provider will meet each child / young persons identified care needs, providing a flexible service that suits the child / young person and parents / carers' requirements, while working in partnership with parents/carers and the Council to help the child or young person to achieve the outcomes of Hampshire's Children and Young People's Plan and Every Child Matters.The aim of the procurement is to maximise the availability of providers to deliver Care Support for Children with Disabilities.The Care Support Open Framework will be established for service delivery from 1 September 2022, this report will cover the initial opening of the framework. However, as the opportunity will remain available to new applicants during the term of the Framework, this report will be updated when required, with any updates clearly indicated and any new providers published here: Children's Services open framework information about contractors | Business and economy | Hampshire County Council (hants.gov.uk).
