Tameside Council's objective is to commission a Support and Outreach service for Tameside's priority groups of young people. The service must identify and intervene early, offering ongoing appropriate specialist support and guidance, which will enable young people to make informed, realistic decisions for effective transition into Education, Employment and/or Training (EET) and reduce Tameside borough's NEET numbers.
