Contractors to be identified to carry out the Demolition of Existing Classrooms, Kitchen and Dining Block, Design and Construction of a new Dining Room, Classrooms, Dance and Drama Facilities, Sports Hall Building, Conversion Works in the Sixth Form Blocks and External Works at West Street, Carshalton Surrey, SM5 2QX. The Contractor will be required to be the Principal Contractor for CDM and to Manage, Co-ordinate and attend on directly employed Contractors. The Main Contractor will also be responsible for the overall Programme. The Principal Contractor will provide welfare facilities and attendances for the Directly Employed Contractors.Please note: only those 6 companies with the highest scores following pre-qualification scoring will be invited to tender.
