Cash Collection Services at Cadw Monuments

Cadw expects the successful Contractor to provide a reliable Cash & Cheque Collection, Cash & Cheque processing, Euro collection and delivery to nominated banks and a Change Delivery Service to all of its trading sites in Wales. The Collections will include Cash Sterling in various note and coin denominations, Cheques Sterling and Sterling Travellers Cheques.Cadw also require Euro currency to be collected and delivered to Barclays Bank in Caerphilly and Caernarfon.As part of the cash collection at Harlech Castle, Cadw would require 2 boxes from Pay & Display parking machines emptied. This would entail collecting the keys from Harlech Castle Visitor Centre, taking 2 empty boxes to the machines in the adjacent car park and changing full boxes for the empty boxes. Then return the full boxes and keys to the Visitor Centre. This would be on the same day as a normal cash collection.
