Cashless Parking Services for Cotswold District and Forest of Dean District Councils

Descriptions

We are looking for a supplier to provide a cashless parking solution to manage 23 Off-Street car parks across two Local Authorities. The solution should allow all methods of contact; speaking to an operative, texting, web based and using a mobile application. Reliable customer service is a high priority for both Councils. This is reflected in the evaluation ratio for this contract which is 70% quality and 30% price. The supplier will assist the Councils to promote the use of the cashless payment system with regular reviews of usage. At the start of the contract the supplier is required to provide the following: stickers for machines, fixed signs for wall or post mounting and art work to add to our own signs. The solution will need to integrate with our ICT contractor Chipside Ltd. The information will need to be transmitted to the handheld equipment used by the Enforcement Officers, to enable affective enforcement. The solution should be proven and tested, with 'ease of use' and 'ease of access' to the system being priority factors. This will be a 4 year contract with an option to extend for 1 year
