Castle Rock Edinvar Housing Association are seeking expressions of interest from suitably resourced, qualified and experienced contractors in order to implement a stair and communal window cleaning framework to achieve the standard set out within the cleaning outcome criteria documents.Castle Rock Edinvar currently provide cleaning services to circa 515 stairs in the East Lothian, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Midlothian and West Lothian regions. The stock within these regions is owned and managed by CREHA and other PfP Group companies.Castle Rock Edinvar currently spend approximately between 280 000 GBP and 350 000 GBP per annum for these services, comprising of both routine cleans and additional deep cleans.
