Catering and Retail Services Concession Contract.

The Trust wishes to award a services concession contract to an operator who will provide and operate both catering facilities (patient meals are excluded) for staff and visitors and retail facilities at the Trust's 2 sites: Hull Royal Infirmary and Castle Hill Hospital.The Trust intends to enter into separate arrangements for the building of a new entrance at Hull Royal Infirmary and the new build will allow for units to operate as catering and retail — the Trust expects the selected concession provider to work closely with the contractor to inform the design of the entrance as appropriate.Please note that the Trust have issued a parallel OJEU notice for a services concession (with works): Please note that the Trust will only award 1 contract and tenderers should note that the Trust will therefore cancel 1 or both procurement processes with no liability for any tenderers' costs.
