RBGE is looking for an experienced catering expert to provide catering knowledge to RBGE in relation to areas such as the re-let of the concession contracts, options appraisals for operational models, advice on catering layout, advice on equipment and technology and current trends in the market place. The catering expert would be required to carry out the following activities this list is not exhausted: Review current contract Hold workshops the RBGE project team Speak to current RBGE Partners Help negotiate contract terms Support presentations Advise on business models to consider Carry out competitor analysis Give market update to the RBGE project team
