The Association is in the process of building a “Home for Life” housing scheme for older people in Pembrokeshire. The scheme will provide suitable accommodation for older people who wish to enjoy attractive modern living which facilitates them to live life to the full. The scheme will be the hub of the community, encompassing an integrated community health centre run by Hywel Dda Health Board and a day centre operated by Pembrokeshire County Council.The Association is looking to appoint a contractor to provide catering services for the tenants of the scheme, clients of the day centre and passing trade drawn from the health centre, the community and for corporate bookings. The catering service will be provided 365 days per year.The Association is seeking applications from suitable contractors who can develop and run the catering services at its Home for Life housing scheme in accordance with the attached tender documents.
