The Grand Pavilion seeks a professional and experienced contractor to work in partnership with the management in delivering a complementary and first-rate catering service. As well as providing a first class café style service in our Café Bar, the caterer will be responsible for supplying buffets, refreshments and hot meals for a range of functions including conferences, receptions, parties etc. as well as formal dining for weddings, dinner dances, pre-theatre dinners etc. Crucially, the catering function must complement The Grand Pavilion’s programme and assist in the delivery of its primary reason for being. Consequently any catering operation must fit within the working patterns of the building.
