You are invited by SRUC, acting for itself and on behalf of the University of Edinburgh and Affiliated Bodies listed in the Invitation to Tender Statement of Requirements to Tender for admission to a Framework Agreement for the Supply of Cattle and Sheep LivestockThe resulting Framework Agreement will be for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further period of 12 months.ITT Bids will be scored on a Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) basis using a Price: Quality ratio of 60:40. Evaluation will be carried out by staff from both SRUC and the University of Edinburgh.It is a minimum requirement that suppliers hold Universal Feed Assurance Scheme (UFAS) or equivalent accreditation for the country in which they are established (see ESPD Part IV A). In addition suppliers must provide information relating to Economic and Financial Standing(see ESPD Part IV B), and Quality Assurance Schemes and Environmental Management Standards (see ESPD Part IV C).
