1 long term aim of Central Bedfordshire is to provide a greener solution to treat locally produced household waste and reduce landfill.Central Bedfordshire Council therefore invites tenders for the treatment and disposal of garden waste for 1 or more of the following lots:Lot 1 The treatment and disposal of kerbside collected garden waste in the North.Lot 2 The treatment and disposal of kerbside collected garden waste in the South.Lot 3 The treatment and disposal of garden waste collected from Ampthill and Biggleswade Household Waste Recycling Centres.Lot 4 The treatment and disposal of garden waste collected from Dunstable and Leighton Buzzard Household Waste Recycling Centres.Please ensure that all correspondence related to this tender is directed via the In-tend system.The Council reserves the right to conduct an E-Auction if deemed appropriate.
