Engagement of a SAP support and development partner that can provide a seamless extension to the existing inhouse SAP team. The Councils SAP Team provide management, support and maintenance for internal users of the SAP system. The Team are the primary point of contact for guidance and advice, system administration, incident management, development, configuration and project work. There is a requirement to supplement this internal capacity and capability with Third Party expertise to provide specialist support and development services along with providing a rich and up to date product knowledge that can be used to assist the Council in developing and maintaining a suitable roadmap for the SAP and Business Objects.
