To offer a unique accommodation experience in Jersey where visitors and locals alike can experience staying in a Marina without having to own a boat.r r The accommodation pod solution needs to be modular construction, subject to local planning approval and building byelaws. r r The pods and the pontoons they will sit on are to be delivered and attached/moored to pre-existing pontoons in the heart of St Helier, in the main marina.r r The length of pontoon space available to attach the floating pods to is 38m. The existing pontoons have a 0.5m freeboard.
