Castles and Coasts Housing Association is looking to procure the services of a suitably competent contractor to undertake the inspection and maintenance of: * the Fire Detection and Fire Alarm system(s) * the Domestic Fire Detection and Fire Alarm system(s) * the Emergency Lighting system(s) * the Fire Fighting Equipment * the Smoke Control System(s) The chosen Contractor is to ensure that the systems/equipment listed above can operate within specified parameters and in a safe and reliable manner as part of the CCHA planned compliance programme. The services are to be provided to CCHA's current housing portfolio, covering Northumberland, Tyne & Wear, County Durham, Darlington, Carlisle, Allerdale, Eden, Copeland and South Lakeland (with 75% of the stock within Cumbria).
