The District of Bassetlaw is situated in Nottinghamshire and borders with South Yorkshire to the north, Lincolnshire's Fens and Wolds to the east and Derbyshire with the spectacular Peak District to the west.

The contractor will work in close coordination with Council staff to minimise downtime, respond to incidents, and support the efficient operation of the surveillance network.

In addition to the core maintenance activities, the contractor will be expected to provide technical advice, support for system upgrades or improvements, and reporting on system health, performance, and compliance. A high standard of customer service, reliability, and confidentiality is essential throughout the duration of the contract.
