Hard core base with stone sourced on site and compact ready for build stage.Building Dimensions:- 32m long x 23.5m wide x 7.6m to eaves (2 Apex)Frame Work:- Steel Galvanised (4.55m bays)Roof Clad:- Fibre CementWalls:- Reinforced concrete footings/walls on 2 sides. One internal and one gable end to height of 3.6m above finished internal level, leaving no steel work exposed.Floor:- 150mm reinforced concrete, tamped finished with run to dirty water storage tank complying to ground water regulations.Cladding:- 0.5mm box file poly slate blue on 2 sides and one gable end.
