Croydon Council is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of External Enforcement Agency Services. The Framework Agreement will consist of two Lots:— Lot 1: The Collection of Parking and Traffic Penalty Charges— Lot 2: The Collection of Council Tax and Business Rates.Under this Framework Agreement, the call-off contracts awarded shall operate as Service Concession Contracts.Tenderers can apply for one or both Lots. The Services are to be provided in line with the individual Lot's Service Specification.Volumes shall not be guaranteed or warranted by the Council.It is envisaged the Framework would commece in April 2018. The inital term of the Framework is two (2) years with the option to extend up to a further two (2) years.
