Descriptions
Cefas requires the successful Tenderer to develop and organise a multimedia campaign to help raise awareness about marine litter and actions that can be taken to tackle it in Sri Lanka. Aimed at audiences in Sri Lanka, the tenderer will design a Campaign Strategy and plan to create content which informs and inspires people to feel empowered and take action on marine litter. The campaign is required to apply creative ideas and techniques to create a series of outputs, including but not limited to a television advert(s), digital/social media videos, radio advert(s) and newspaper advert(s). These can be tailored to reflect different target audiences as defined in the tenderer's Campaign Strategy. Target audiences for the campaign include: - Youth - Environmentally interested adults - General public The tenderer should be prepared to have the outputs translated into Sinhala and Tamil for outlets in those languages
