The Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) is replacing its Alerting & Response Workflow Management legacy service. This notice is issued with intent of inviting service providers offering SaaS capability for the replacement service.The new Alerting & Response Workflow Management service is expected to provide a number of capabilities which includes the following:— Alert and Response Workflow Management Capability:— Generic Notifications broadcasts and acknowledgement.— User Access Management:— Website and email Analytics and Reporting.Only service offerings with EU data centres will be considered.
