Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) is an NHS trust located in the UK bringing together both physical and mental healthcare services, positioning us well to develop creative and innovative models of care. Patients are at the heart of everything the Trust does. We are committed to providing the highest quality, safe and effective care whether it is in a hospital setting, in a community clinic or in the patient's own home. CNWL is a diverse organisation; we employ approximately 7,000 staff to provide more than 300 different health services across 150 sites and in many other community settings. Our catchment area covers a range of vibrant and diverse communities, with over 100 first languages spoken, containing areas of great affluence as well as areas of much deprivation. CNWL are setting up a series of Non OJEU Consultants Frameworks. The appointed consultants must be able to demonstrate their understanding and experience of delivering a variety of below OJEU threshold consultancy services specifically for mental health, community health and residential design. We are seeking consultants that cover a comprehensive range of services for the following Lots: Lot 1 - Structural Engineering, Lot 2 - Principle Designer, Lot 3 - Property Consultancy, Lot 4 - Strategic Estates Advice, and Lot 5 - Business Case Advice.
