This contract is for a creative, landscape led, design team to provide a coordinated package that delivers the following works: 1.Expanding the skatepark for additional skate, bmx and parkour; 2.Improve access to and within the events field; 3.Improve pedestrian links between the skate park, play area and main avenues; 4.Remodel and enhance the play area to cater for older and younger children; 5.Construct a new café; 6.Refurbish and possibly extend the bowling green building to accommodate a wider range of users; 7.Construct 4 new tennis courts behind the bowling green building; 8.Refurbish or possibly reconstruct the changing facilities near the baseball pitch;
