Ceredigion County Council is seeking to transfer the ownership of Bodlondeb Residential Care Home as an operating business in order to meet nursing/dementia nursing need. As part of the selection process to find an appropriate partner organisation, there will be a Meet the Buyer Event commencing at 14:00 on Friday 20th of November in Canolfan Rheidol, Rhodfa Padarn, Aberystwyth SY23 3UE, to which your organisation is invited.The Meet the Buyer Event will be used to inform the market of the opportunities arising from the Ceredigion Residential Care Modernisation Programme.
