Network Rail currently has two business units and one programme certified to ISO14001 standard and one business unit to OHSAS18001 standard.To build upon this, Network Rail is now developing Environmental Management systems and Health and Safety Management systems for the whole company, which are to be certified to ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 respectively.Network Rail therefore requires a certification body to undertake the certification work and provide guidance on how best to approach the certification.
