Descriptions
The scope of this assignment may be defined as: 1. Supply, installation and configuration of a Management Information System, replacing the functionality of the three existing systems outlined above. 2. The proposed solution must be hosted on the IT Assist network infrastructure and housed in the IT Assist datacentre. The proposed solution must be rolled out in two phases. 3. Provision of a service desk facility for day-to-day support. 4. Data migration from VSS existing systems to the proposed solution. 5. Provision of onsite training and documentation for staff in the use and administration of the proposed solution. 6. Provision of a virtualised test/training environment.
