The Western Trust on behalf of CAWT (Co-operation and Working Together) seeks to appoint a suitably qualified service provider in each of two lots to establish a cross border partnership with Community and Voluntary Sector partners; people with lived experience; carer representation and work with the Innovation Recovery project hub staff and other key stakeholders to plan and deliver the project objectives and targets within each area.The project is funded under the INTERREG VA Programme. The grant is awarded under Priority Axis 4 - Health, Specific Objective 4.1 — Health and Social Care.Tenders must register their interest and respond to this Tender on eTendersNI.
