Descriptions
Tenders are invited from suitably experienced companies for the provision of visuals in a variety of digital media to aid the promotion of our development projects, particularly homes for sale and rent.We want realistic and attractive visuals that bring new developments to life, giving a purchaser or tenant the confidence to make our new developments their new home.Visuals to include:•CGIs of property types, development sites and interiors•3d modelling and flythrough animation•Virtual reality experiences•2d floor plans & site plans•Photo montage – combining real life photographs or film footage with CGIsThe exact requirements and mix of visuals will vary for each development. We will require a high level of input with regards to the style and products used in any interior imaging, as well as specifying angles and locations of imaging in order to limit revisions needed.We will require the ability to make revisions to each image at least once in order to ensure the visuals fit with our vision and aspirations for the project.Companies will need to be able to:•Provide both high resolution renders and renders that work on websites and social media.•Provide animation that is also compatible with social media e.g. Facebook 360 videos•Work effectively with our architects to bring plans to life•Visit our offices in Swansea & Newport as needed
