Descriptions
The existing gas fired boilers and associated heating system have been assessed to be end of life and require full replacement. The design and installation of the new boilers will be the responsibility of the contractor. The existing washrooms are in very poor condition are to be refurbished to coincide with the boiler replacement. The type of refurbishment required is a like for like replacement of existing sanitaryware with making good to walls and the cubicles, decorations and replacement flooring Various fire safety improvements to the building are a required. This will include replacement of existing fire doors, fire stopping, installation of smoke detection and emergency lighting.
