Charity Merger - Due Diligence Exercise

Vale Centre for Voluntary Services (VCVS) and the Vale Volunteer Bureau (VVB) are aiming to merge by April 2015. The Trustees of both organisations are seeking a suitably qualified company or individual to undertake the due diligence exercise and tenders are invited. The Trustees require proposals detailing the extent and content of the due diligence report together with a breakdown of the full cost of this work, plus the fee rate per hour including VAT should any additional work be necessary. The Trustees require a fixed price quote by 4pm on 5th December 2014. Your tender should be returned sealed in an envelope marked with the organisation’s name. This should be returned to VCVS marked ‘TENDER – DO NOT OPEN’.Requests for due diligence information should be made to both organisations as soon as possible thereafter. A due diligence report together with its recommendations will be delivered to both Boards of Trustees by 12th January 2015 for consideration. .
