CalMac Ferries Ltd are seeking a contractual arrangement for the supply of a charts and publications management services to the 34 vessels in the CalMac Ferries fleet. This management service includes:— supply of charts including management of supply of new editions and provision of chart management services and corrections,— supply of navigational publications, some of which are digital and require annual subscriptions,— supply of general information publications, including a variety of IMO publications like MARPOL, SOLAS and IMDG Code,— supply of ARCS and AVCS electronic chart licences,— flag state regulations.
