The London Borough of Bromley (the ‘Council’) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified firmof Chartered Surveyors and Registered Valuers on a 5-year contract to undertake theirstatutory asset valuations for the financial years 2022 - 2027. This is required to ensure thathe value of the property assets of the Council are properly represented in their financialaccounts in accordance with relevant RICS, CIPFA and IFRS standards.
