University of Birmingham Catering has a requirement for a reliable supply of a variety of cheeses for delivery to the University's catering areas Conference Park and nurseries. Part of the requirement is for Cheeses to be used on cheese boards at functions. Cheese must be portioned to the exact requirements detailed in the specification or as required by the Chef. Deliveries must be made in accordance with the requirements detailed in the Invitation to Tender document. Annual spend on this commodity is approximately 61 000 GBP.Please note that the University uses separate national consortium agreements for milk and dairy produce and also for chilled foods.
