The Council need an accredited Cherwell supplier to undertake further bespoke IT services: Professional Services for Cherwell IT Support & System configuration including: consulting, software development on Cherwell IT Service Desk as follows but not limited to: Development and implementation of a bespoke Procurement Product Catalogue including approval workflow, notifications and real-time reporting Development and implementation of a bespoke Access management process for onboarding/offboarding and permissions management including workflow, notifications and real-time reporting Development and implementation of a bespoke Project Management process, including business case, configurable deliverable templates, project updates, workflow, notifications and real-time reporting Development and implementation of a bespoke Configuration Management solution Migration of Incident, Request, Problem and Change Management from Lagan CRM to Cherwell. Timescales: Target completion date for all configurations is 31/01/16 and Suppliers must be available to start work on contract award day. Period of requirements: Suppliers must be available to start work on contract award day. Quality standards/accreditation: Must be an accredited Cherwell Partner. It is expected that the chosen preferred supplier will work with the IT service lead officer for Cherwell to create a specification and planned timetable.
