Contracts are required for the provision of servicing, maintenance and planned replacements of door entry systems, the servicing, maintenance and planned replacement of passenger lifts and for the removal and disposal of materials containing asbestos for Asset Management including responsive, cyclical, investment and planned maintenance works in housing (of whatever tenure) and community buildings and facilities, commercial and retail buildings, educational buildings and other related assets.
