The childcare provision shall cover all aspects of the following criteria: 1.1 Children who live in the postcodes of the identified Flying Start catchment areas within Caerphilly County Borough who are: 1.2 Children aged 18 months to 2 years who will be able to access outreach sessions with their parent and key worker, within their home to begin to build the relationships1.3 Children aged 2 years to the term after their third birthday who will be entitled to a free 2.5hour session 5 days per week 42 weeks per year in the childcare setting 1.4 Parents and carers who have a child aged 0-3 years living in the postcodes of Flying Start catchment areas within Caerphilly County Borough who engage with Flying Start universal parenting programme.The purpose of the Flying Start Childcare Programme is to:Support families to give children the best start in lifeTo offer improved child opportunities through high quality registered childcare and universal parenting support programmes, for example, Language and PlayTo improve engagement of families with Flying Start opportunities by offering services based within Flying Start communities.
