Caerphilly County Borough Councils Building Consultancy team is planning to carry out various building and extension works at CCBC sites across the borough.Expressions of interest are sought from prospective contractors who can demonstrate that they can deliver the following schemes:Lot 1-Cwrt Rawlin Primary, Caerphilly - Childcare Unit on existing school site. Area 150sq m, budget £400,000-Twyn Primary, Caerphilly - Childcare Unit on greenfield site next to existing nursery unit. Area 220 sq m, budget £650,000-Pengam Library, Pengam - Childcare Extension onto existing Library building including interal works to library. Area 220sq m, budget £540,000Lot 2-Ysgol Ifor Bach, Abertridwr - Nursery Unit adjacent to existing school site. Area 130sq m, budget £320,000It is intended to procure these using a JCT Design and Build 2016 contract.
