Lot 1 - Consultancy Support to:1.Develop a business case which incorporates a fully costed options appraisal and implementation plan to support the development of a pan Gwent multi-agency resource hub (residential and outreach) which has access to step-up and step-down (short term and long term) placements (residential and foster care);2.Work with the Children’s and Families Partnership to provide flexible project management support to the development of integrated processes, models and provision for children and young people in the Greater Gwent area.Lot 2 - Consultancy Support to:1.Provide practice development support for Monmouthshire County Council Children’s Services arising from the lessons learned from recent court cases;2.Develop and implement a coaching and mentoring programme for Service Managers within Monmouthshire County Council Children’s Services;3.Provide project leadership in reviewing Monmouthshire County Council Children’s Services Fostering Team.
