Wrexham County Borough Council are seeking expressions of interest from appropriately registered and qualified organisations to provide support services for children and young people aged 5 - 18 years old. The children and young people have a wide range of needs including learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and physical disabilities.Organisations will be required to work with social workers to develop enablement plans to support the children and young people to access a range community based activities, develop living skills and increase their independence.Interested organisations are required to express an interest in providing this service by emailing Julia.Curtis@wrexham.gov.uk with the following information:Details of registration status wiht CSSIW or CQC.Evidence of previous experience of providing support to children and young people.Hourly rates for providing the service.Expressions of interest should be received by 5pm on Friday 23rd August 2013NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at http://www.sell2wales.gov.uk/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=1090.
