This is a Service contract for a Supplier to: •Establish and maintain core advisory groups to support children and young people's access to mental health services; •Maintain and repopulate online sites for shared learning to disseminate best practice to sustain participation; •Develop core resources and models of support to children and young people; •Support organisations and partnerships participating or joining the Children and Young People's Improving Access to Psychological Therapies Programme (CYPIAPT); •Provide free means of engagement; •Establish and maintain partnerships with local participation groups working with local services or with other national organisations.
