Kent Community Health Foundation Trust (KCHFT) is commissioned to provide a Children’s Integrated Therapy and Equipment services to the community in East Sussex. The main components of the Service include, but are not limited to:— procuring where agreed, storing, delivering and the setting-up (to include specialist set-up by supplier representatives) of specific items of prescribed equipment (utilising recycled equipment where appropriate),— administering, overseeing and quality checking any minor modifications and/or adaptations undertaken by sub-contractors,— maintaining an appropriate inventory system capable of real-time tracking of equipment,— establishing close working links with Clinicians and Prescribers in CITES and other community teams and health care establishments,— producing monthly management reports and keeping of all records.
