If you wish to communicate with the buyer, please do so by using the secure clarifications tab within this CfT. — The objectives of this procurement are to: — Provide Advocacy for Looked After Children, aged 10-17 years, and Care Experienced Young People, aged 18-21 years, across Northern Ireland to support and influence all aspects of their care; — Provide Mentoring for Looked After Children aged 10-17 across Northern Ireland; — Support the active and systematic participation, alongside health and Social Care Trusts. HSCTs. as the Corporate Parent, in ensuring that the views of Looked After and care experienced children are taken into consideration in the planning and operation of services, and in the development of policy and strategy at all levels.
