Buckinghamshire County Council is looking to procure a hosted, web-based Children's Centre Database from a suitably qualified and experienced supplier.The supplier will have a track record of delivery of this type of system and must be able to demonstrate that the system is currently operational. Any development required to fulfil the Council's essential requirements outlined in the tender documentation must be minimal.The contract will include the supply, installation, implementation and maintenance of the system.The scope includes:— A back-end database functionality to manage information on children and families attending children's centres;— A Front-end application for inputting data on to the database.A Case management system for vulnerable families that provides the ability to e.g. Record family notes and interventions, document contacts my phone, email or text, is fully extractable for presentation at inspections, serious case reviews or court proceedings is desirable but not essential.The system will need to be operational by 1.4.2015.
