Descriptions

The maintenance and servicing relate to the schedule of equipment as listed in the attached Appendix. All servicing to be carried out in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations and any service/repair parts used are to be manufacturer recommended and WRAS approved. Any fittings installed must comply with Water Supply (Water Fitting) Regulations 1999. The 6 monthly routine servicing is to include all of the following:- •Filter replacement if fitted (date of replacement to be marked on the filter) •Descaling of outlet tap using brush and de-scaler •Full sanitisation and flushing of equipment, including supply pipework, filters, chiller/boiling water unit, dispense pipework, and outlet tap •Visual inspection for leaks and damage •Check water temperature at CW inlet meets ACOP L8, i.e.
