Descriptions
Portsmouth City Council — ‘the Authority’ — is inviting tenders from suitably experienced and qualified providers for the provision, service, maintenance, installation and storage of Christmas Illuminations and associated items. The Authority has an available budget of 45 000 GBP per annum and will enter into an open book partnership arrangement with the successful provider to ensure that budget is spent as effectively as possible. The Authority is targeting to award the contract by 7.6.2016 with a subsequent commencement date of 1.8.2016. The successful provider will be required to work with the incumbent provider to ensure an effective handover occurs between the contract award and commencement date. The contract will be for an initial term of three years extendable up to a maximum of five years in increments to be agreed.
