Athlone Festivals & Events Project Group proposes to award a contract to a single service provider, for the design, supply, and the installation and removal to storage in year 1 for the proposed Christmas Illuminations and associated equipment for the town of Athlone, Co. Westmeath as detailed on attached Schedule of Works in Volume C of this document. Tenderers will be required to tender for all 3 Lots to qualify however Tenderers must note that that the Awarding Authority does not guarantee the award of any business as a result of this tender process. The Awarding Authority may at its sole discretion decide not to proceed with any or all the locations and elements listed in the specifications of requirements and schedule of Works.
