The aims of the Chronic Fatigue service:To provide an equitable specialist CFS/ME service across North Yorkshire covering the following CCG catchment areas: (Vale of York CCG, Scarborough and Ryedale CCG, Hambleton, Richmonshire and Whitby CCG but excludes Harrogate and Rural District CCG.To deliver a comprehensive and holistic assessment of need of people with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS)(PwCFS)/ Myalgic Encephalitis (ME).To develop, implement and evaluate a treatment plan in collaboration with the patient and all agencies involved in his/her care.To provide assessment and interventions directed by evidence-based practice.To support the development of diagnosis of CFS/ME in primary care.To provide a specialist service for PwCFS/ME with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS)/Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) and support local clinicians in the continued management of the condition. Either by providing specialist services themselves or guidance and support to enable people with CFS to access mainstream services as appropriate. Primary care, social care/ employment/ housing or benefits staff as appropriate should continue to be involved whilst the PwCFS/ME is seen within the specialist service to ensure continuity of care and a seamless service upon discharge.To support commissioners in ensuring that NICE guidelines for people with CFS are implemented.To provide specialist medical care only when the level and complexity of need is assessed as necessary and cannot be reasonably provided in primary care.To reduce the geographical / practice based disparity in expected prevalence rates and referral rates to CFS/ME services.To ensure people with CFS/ME have improved health and well being outcomes including social inclusion, and access to mainstream health and social care systems.To ensure sufficient capacity, utilised productively to:— Provide timely response;— Promote Patient Choice;— Avoid Waiting lists;— Provide specialist therapy skills where required.How to Express Interest in this Tender:1. Register your company on the eSourcing portal (this is only required once) - Browse to the eSourcing Portal: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/noecpc and click the link to register - Enter your correct business and user details - Note: your username will be the email address you have entered - you will also then shortly receive an email confirmation.2. Once registered access the site and from the Home page hover over 'Tenders' on the tool bar and select 'current tenders' from the drop down options.3. Express Interest in the tender you are interested in - Select 'Express Interest' within the Tender Details ( located at the bottom of the synopsis). On doing so, you will instantly have access to the Tender Management area for that tender. Any available documentation will be available via the various relevant tabs. You can access this area at any point by logging in, navigating to 'My Tenders' and selecting 'View Details'.4. Responding to the tender - There will be a tab allocated to any tender stage (e.g. PQQ and/or ITT). Under the 'My Tender Return' area, you will be required to complete any mandatory questionnaires and upload any requested documentation. You can now use the 'Correspondence' function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification (any clarifications will be found within the 'Clarifications' tab). - Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete and submit your response. - There may be a mixture of online and offline actions for you to perform (there is detailed online help available).You must then submit your reply using the 'Submit Response' button at the bottom of the page.
